  • Tooth and Nail Studio and Gallery 2018 South 1st Street Ste 308 Milwaukee, WI, 53207 United States (map)

Spend the weekend learning to make puppets for parades, protests and theater with local artist Susan Simensky Bietila. We’ll use cardboard, staples, glue and paint to create animals or figures that send a message and tell a story. In this art build style workshop, you’ll describe your ideas and work with the group to figure out how to design and build them, with pointers from experienced artists. Come with a creative idea, or collaborate with friends to build your vision. Lunch will be provided, Masks required when not eating. Great for kids 12 and up with an adult present.
