• Tickets for in-person workshops must be purchased in advance through our website.

• All sales are final, and class fees are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 14 days before the class date.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.

1.4 Kiln Firing Services

• Customers must follow our firing guidelines, which will be provided upon booking.

• Payment must be made in full before firing.

• Ceramics is an unpredictable medium. It is part of the ceramic experience to be surprise, disappointed, or event mad about the way a piece comes out of the kiln. THAT’S CERAMICS! We are not responsible for your explosions, cracks, weird glaze results, damage caused by other student work in the kiln, or any other disappointments.
